    So many things, so many things! I thought this was a normal grocery store but boy was I in for a surprise. Walking in there were so many selections, things I've never seen before. I wanted to try it all. I definitely recommend checking it out yourself when you have time!

    Ranch 88 is a really great local alternative to making the drive to Kearny Mesa to hit up HMart. They have a really great selection of international and Asian items - fresh, frozen and packaged. I love their huge variety of herbs in the refrigerated cases, and they have a massive selection of fresh noodles. I could get lost in their packaged food aisles - row after row after row of sauces, dried noodles, canned goods, snacks, desserts, and so much more! General produce is a little hit or miss, but they usually have the basics. Prices are a little above average - I'd suggest getting fresh veggies elsewhere. Their meat counter always has a wide selection of fresh fish, and they'll butcher and clean it for you, too! The store is clean and well-lit, and I've never had to wait too long for a cashier when I'm ready to check out. Just depends on how many items the person in front of you is getting. Plenty of parking right next to the Sprinter station, and easy access right off Oceanside Blvd.
